Property Advertiser Terms

Authority and accuracy

The advertiser confirms that they own the property or are authorised to advertise it, and that submitted descriptions, prices, photographs and registration information are accurate and current.

Review before publication

Submission does not guarantee publication. Kaushikk Realty may request documents, edit presentation for clarity, reject incomplete or misleading advertisements, suspend advertisements and remove duplicate or expired inventory.

Project and regulatory information

Promoters, builders and agents must provide applicable registration details. Projects requiring registration will not be promoted as approved or verified until the relevant information has been reviewed.

Plans and payments

Free and paid plans may differ in position, duration, assistance and visibility. Payment is requested only after approval. Paid promotion does not guarantee enquiries, sale, rent, appreciation or transaction completion.

Expiry, renewal and refunds

Advertisements expire after the stated plan period unless renewed. Refund eligibility depends on whether the paid service has begun and the reason for cancellation; approved refund terms will be communicated with the payment request.

Buyer enquiries

Kaushikk Realty may qualify and manage enquiries, arrange discussions and offer separate advisory or transaction services. Any applicable professional fee or brokerage will be disclosed separately.
